“What am I ready to believe, choose, and do differently?”
An intentional life begins with awareness: knowing what you value, noticing the patterns behind your choices, and deciding how you want to show up. Then comes the practice—what you do with that awareness in everyday life.
We work through a practical rhythm: get clear on what matters, recognize what pulls you away from it, choose a purposeful next step, and reflect on how it went. Apply it to your time, relationships, wellbeing, and goals.

Meet your guide
I teach people how to live an intentional life. We connect self-awareness and spiritual principles with practical choices—how you spend your time, care for yourself, set boundaries, and follow through on what matters to you.
My background includes yoga teacher training, Ayurvedic wellness counseling, pranayama, and entrepreneurship. I bring those perspectives into a grounded conversation about living with greater awareness and intention.
You can be compassionate with yourself and still hold yourself accountable.
Expect direct conversations about discernment, standards, boundaries, discipline, faith, and personal responsibility—with space to ask questions and keep growing.
The vision for Happy Healthy Abundant includes retreats and in-person gatherings: space to step away from the everyday, reflect, and connect with others who are choosing to live intentionally.
